New ring of Moscow

JSC Novoye koltso Moskvy was created in 1999 for implementation of the city program of the same name. This program is the large-scale and long-term initiative of the Government of Moscow solving a problem of further social and economic and town-planning development of the capital. The program provides implementation of different architectural and investment concepts, including construction of the high-rise complexes forming a new symbolical ring in a median and peripheral belt of Moscow.
