The Nienschanz company is liquidated owing to bankruptcy in November, 2013.

The divisional matrix organizational structure with process interaction according to which "divisions" — production links of the company — bear complete responsibility for development and promotion of the products on the market, accomplishment of the signed contracts was admitted to Nienschanz Ltd. Similar creation gives to the company freedom at mobilization of resources in combination with accurate target specialization.

Financial Performance

Consolidated revenues of the company in 2007 reached a point in 7,368,834 thousand rubles that for 68.1% exceeded a similar indicator of 2006 in 4,384,039 thousand rubles (according to CNews Analitics).

Activity

The Nienschanz company specializes in provision of services of system integration (engineering, power, information complexes and communication), production of the computer equipment, distribution of computer component parts and office chairs and also delivery of the medical and laboratory equipment.

System integration

Nienschanz proposes complete solutions in a number of the directions, including:

• creation of the systems of telephone communication and structured cabling systems, corporate and multiservice networks;
• design and installation of power supply systems;
• design and creation of the systems of complex automation;
• design and installation of end-to-end systems of security (video surveillance, security alarm, fire protection, access control);
• complex deliveries of computer and peripheral equipment and also solutions on their basis of leading manufacturers.

Distribution

The distribution center "Taypit" is responsible for distribution of computer component parts and office chairs. DTs "Taypit" is a sole distributor in Russia of such companies as Merry Fair is producer of office chairs; IN WIN — works at the world market of the computer body; Powerman and Asus — IT manufacturing.

Delivery of the medical and laboratory equipment

Nienschanz Ltd supplies to the Russian market the medical equipment, the equipment for laboratories on a research of materials and carrying out experiences over experimental animals, including - the equipment for resuscitation and intensive therapy, for a neonatology, the transport resuscitation equipment, the equipment for operating rooms, the equipment for physiological researches on animals and also for carrying out nanotests, industrial cleaning, sample preparation, mechanical tests and many other.

History

The Nienschanz company is founded in 1991. Since then the company develops in such activities as assembly and delivery of own computers and servers, distribution (computer component parts, office chairs, etc.), installation and adjustment of information networks and electrical wirings, delivery of the medical and laboratory equipment. In 1999 the Nienschanz group formed the Distributor center "Taypit" for the purpose of ensuring distribution (including wholesales) goods of Group to regions.

In June, 2002 Nienschanz Ltd successfully underwent certification audit, and in August, 2005 recertification of the quality management system (QMS) on compliance to the international standard (IS) ISO of 9001 versions of 2000.

For dynamic reaching federal level, closer company performance with vendors and distributors, obtaining purchase orders of the equipment and services in system integration in the regions of the country gravitating to the Center, and an exit of the company to accomplishment of IT projects of federal importance the Moscow branch Nienschanz Ltd was created. Since 2001. The Moscow Branch successfully carries out tasks of strengthening and all-round development of the relations with state authorities, large Russian enterprises, bank, trade and commercial structures, such as Federal Security Service, State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Orgres bank, Mod Mash. Soft LLC, Sinek Invest LLC, Voskhod, etc.

On November 16, 2006 as a part of Nienschanz holding the Management company appeared. As its main authorized objectives the management of the companies of holding was set and also; activity in the field of the right, accounting and audit; consulting concerning a business activity and enterprise management; the activity connected with use of ADP equipment and information technologies.
