Nienschanz was liquidated due to bankruptcy in November 2013.

The total revenue of the company in 2007 reached 7,368,834 thousand rubles, which is 68.1% more than in 2006 at 4,384,039 thousand rubles (according to CNews Analytics).

Nienschanz specializes in the provision of system integration services (engineering, energy, information systems and communications), the production of computer equipment, the distribution of computer components and office seats, as well as the supply of medical and laboratory equipment.

System integration

Nienschanz offers comprehensive solutions in a number of areas, including:

• creation of telephone communication systems and structured cable systems, corporate and multi-service networks;
• design and installation of power supply systems;
• design and creation of integrated automation systems;
• design and installation of integrated security systems (video surveillance, security alarm, fire protection, access control);
• comprehensive supply of computer and peripheral equipment, as well as solutions based on them from leading manufacturers.

Supply of medical and laboratory equipment

Nienschants CJSC supplies the Russian market with medical equipment, equipment for laboratories for the study of materials and experiments on experimental animals, including equipment for resuscitation and intensive care, for neonatology, transport resuscitation equipment, equipment for operating rooms, equipment for physiological research on animals, as well as for nanotesting, industrial cleaning, sample preparation, mechanical tests and much more.

History

Nienschanz was founded in 1991. Since then, the company has been developing in such areas of activity as the assembly and supply of its own computers and servers, distribution (computer components, office chairs, etc.), installation and adjustment of information networks and electrical communications, supply of medical and laboratory equipment. In 1999, the Nienschanz Group of Companies formed the Taipit Distribution Center in order to ensure the distribution (including wholesale sales) of the Group of Companies' goods to the regions.

In June 2002, Nienschanz CJSC successfully passed a certification audit, and in August 2005, the quality management system (QMS) was re-certified for compliance with the international standard (MS) ISO 9001 version 2000.

For dynamic access to the federal level, closer work of the company with vendors and distributors, receipt of orders for the supply of equipment and services for system integration in the regions of the country gravitating to the Center, and the company's entry into the implementation of IT projects of federal significance, the Moscow branch of Nienschants CJSC was created. Since 2001, the Moscow Branch has successfully carried out the tasks of strengthening and comprehensive development of relations with state authorities, large Russian enterprises, banking, trade and commercial structures, such as the Federal Security Service, the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, Orgres Bank, Mod Mash LLC. On November 16, 2006, the Management Company appeared as part of the Nienschanz holding. As its main statutory tasks, the management of the holding companies was established, as well as activities in the field of law, accounting and audit; business and enterprise management consulting; activities related to the use of computer technology and information technology.

2025: Ex-head of Yarutov Viktor put on the wanted list in the case of fraud with the state defense order

On March 17, 2025, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation announced that Viktor Yarutov, the former head of the Russian computer manufacturer Nienschants, was put on the international wanted list.
