Solves the following problems:

provides the qualified and specialized medical care:

• to the attached contingent of employees of the enterprises of Roskosmos and FMBA, first of all working in especially dangerous working conditions - according to regulating documents MZ Russian Federation and FMBA;
• to the population of the city of Baikonur within the territorial Program of the state guarantees in the system of compulsory health insurance, on a paid basis, including according to the VHI Program;
• to the citizens of RK living, or temporarily being in the city of Baikonur in the settlements of Tyura-Tam, Akay - under the agreement between the Russian Federation and RK of 11/17/2009.
• performs medical support of special works at accomplishment of space programs;
• provides permanent readiness on accomplishment of actions at occurrence of extreme situations in peace time.
