In the Moscow region, they began to build an enterprise for the production of raw materials for anti-thrombolitic means for 850 million rubles. We are talking about the project of the company "Northern Ocean," the press service of the Ministry of Property Relations of the Moscow Region reported on January 20, 2023.

According to the head of the department, Ekaterina Zinovieva, 300 jobs will be created at the enterprise, which will be located on the site provided under the regional program of support for import-substituting industries. It is expected that the factory will establish the production of raw materials for the production of Heparin powder pharmaceutical substance, and this will compensate for the needs of the Russian market, as well as the markets of the CIS countries, in this product, she noted.

The volume of investments in the project will amount to 63.5 million rubles.^[1]
