2025: Rolf owner Umar Kremlev bought Nutrition Farm

In early October 2025, it became known that the UNK Holding organization, owned by the head of the International Boxing Association (IBA) and the owner of Rolf, Umar Kremlin, acquired 50 percent shares in Nutrition Farm LLC and Nutrition Active LLC. These companies are engaged in the production of dietary supplements (dietary supplements) under the Ipsum brand.

According to the Kommersant newspaper, the Ipsum brand was founded by Alexander Dzidzaria, head of the department of urology and sports medicine at RUDN University. He also owns the Biocheck Clinic and promotes a marketplace with bio-supplements and beauty cosmetics.

Dzidzaria said that the sales of shares in Nutrition Farm and Nutrition Asset were carried out within the framework of a strategic partnership with the structure of the Kremlin. The parties intend to build a modern plant in the special economic zone "Big Serpukhov." The company is expected to significantly expand the range of products, optimize the cost, as well as enter the markets of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and the UAE.

UNK Holding emphasizes that the choice of the Ipsum manufacturer as a partner was made "after a thorough independent audit of business indicators, laboratory studies of raw materials and finished products, as well as a comprehensive inspection of the production infrastructure." Information on the value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Market participants believe that the Kremlin's interest in dietary supplements is associated with its activities in the field of professional sports. Alexander Zhestkov, executive director of the Union of Dietary Supplement Manufacturers SRO, believes that the Kremlin may be interested in creating a Russian structure similar to the American NSF (National Sanitary Fund). This non-governmental organization is engaged in certification of products, including dietary supplements, the manufacturers of which cooperate with sports associations.[1]
