Appointment of Maxim Semenikhin as General Director of OSG Records Management in Russia
In May 2020, in the continuation of the integration of business processes and the organizational potential of the company, Semenikhin Maxim was appointed General Director of OSG Records Management in Russia.
Iron Mountain Purchase
In January 2020, Iron Mountain, a representative of the archive industry, acquired OSG Records Management in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Belarus. As a result of the acquisition, Iron Mountain became the sole ultimate beneficiary of OSG Records Management (Europe) Limited.
2013: Purchase by Elbrus Capital
In 2013, OSG Records Management was acquired by Elbrus Capital.
2010
As of 2010, OSG is the only service provider in the Russian Federation that provides document storage and management services in 18 cities, processing data from all parts of Russia, from Sakhalin to Kaliningrad, and from Murmansk to Sochi.
