In the field of security, a course was taken to form a military bloc. The power structures of the participating countries announced the strengthening of interaction. At the same time, the creation of a unified legal system began.

The Turks and Azerbaijanis, through the summit in Gabala and the IDEF-2025 exhibition, consolidated the trend for the joint development of weapons and military industry, strengthening the "one army - two states" bundle.

Back in June 2022, the Ministers of Education and Science of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan signed a protocol on the gradual introduction of these textbooks into schools.
