History
2022: Launch of a franchise network of checkpoints
On November 16, 2022, Omnic announced the launch of its own franchise network of checkpoints.
Omnic's IT solution aggregates the points of delivery of various logistics operators, including those included in the federal OmniCDEK network (OmniCDEK, Halva, PickPoint). In the future, the aggregator intends to develop the postamate network in two ways: connecting other partners and installing its own postamates. According to the company's forecasts, in a year the Omnic post-terminal network will issue up to 1,000,000 orders per month and have 10,000 points of issue from different brands. At least 900 of them will operate under the Omnic brand and are owned by both the company itself and its franchisees in a 50/50 ratio.
Entrepreneurs can become Omnic franchisees, subject to the acquisition of Omnic's own production post. All franchise holders connect to a single − aggregated network and will be able to sell their services to any of its customers. In addition to online stores, the target audience of the network is individuals and classic companies that send documents, SIM cards, bank cards, etc. Delivery of parcels to checkpoints is provided by a single courier infrastructure, both own and partner, which allows online stores to significantly save time and money.
Omnic offers franchisees not only a package of services and terminals of its own production, but also methods of support, in particular, the income guaranteed by the contract of 10,000 rubles per month from each terminal installed at the location agreed with the company. Subject to the full loading of one standard station for 36 cells, the monthly earnings of franchisees will be 45,000 rubles.
Active order growth will be supported by mandatory SLA: Omnic intends to connect only the best pick-up points and best courier solutions to the network, weeding out inefficient ones. Online stores will have direct access to all networks at once and, accordingly, to the maximum number of potential customers. If the partner point or Omnic itself cannot perform SLA, it will be excluded from the network, and its current traffic will be automatically redistributed to neighboring points of other brands. Omnic's primary goal is to maintain end-customer loyalty through managed customer experience.
2020: Cooperation with "Systematics" and "Aquarius" in order to develop contactless self-service systems for buyers in the Russian Federation
On November 2, 2020, the Systematics company announced that, together with OMNIK and Aquarius (Systematics and Aquarius are part of the National Computer Corporation), they announced cooperation in the development of contactless self-service systems for buyers in the Russian Federation in order to import substitution of these products.
