At the end of 2024, the revenue of the "Opening Code" amounted to 413.67 million rubles: this is eight times more than a year earlier, when the indicator was at the level of 51.14 million rubles. At the same time, the net loss on an annualized basis jumped from 10.62 million rubles to 210.79 million rubles. Revenues from the sale of products, goods, works and services increased by 370% - from 175.25 million rubles to 823.66 million rubles. In 2024, the average number of employees of the company amounted to 137 people, which is 119 people more than in 2023.

2025: Sheremetyevo Airport buys IT company "Opening Code" from its top managers

In early December 2025, it became known that Sheremetyevo International Airport (MASH JSC) bought out the Discovery Code company from its top managers, which is engaged in the creation and support of IT solutions for the air harbor. Information on the value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Under the terms of the agreement, First Deputy General Director for Production of Sheremetyevo Andrey Nikulin and Deputy General Director for Finance and Commercial Activities Alexander Oleinik transferred MASH JSC to 35% of their shares in Code of Discovery LLC. At the same time, they retained 15% each in the structure of this enterprise. As a result of the transaction, JSC MASH became the owner of 70% in the "Discovery Code."

LLC "Code of Discovery" was registered on September 28, 2020 with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles. The main activity is the development of computer software. The company, in particular, has created and implemented an information system that allows you to automatically manage airport production by processing large amounts of data. In addition, the company is developing a new website for the tour operator Biblio-Globus (a subsidiary of MASH). In 2024, the company began to develop the activities of a tour agent.^[1]
