2021: Market Entry

Fintech company RBK Money May 13, 2021 announced that it is introducing the Osnova IT brand to the market as part of the transformation of its business model. Under this name, the technological direction of the company will develop. The payment business will continue to develop under the brand RBK.money.

RBK.money takes its payment service to a fundamentally different level, separating its components into independent, independently developing businesses. RBK.money will continue to operate in the e-commerce market as a payment service, and Osnova IT company's strategic priority will be to create software products and develop digital solutions for B2B customers.

The first step towards the transformation of RBK.money took in 2020, when it introduced its open source processing to the market. It is this payment processing that will become the flagship product of the IT company Osnova and will receive a similar name. It is a universal open-source payment platform with which companies can quickly deploy the payment infrastructure and create their own fintech products based on it. In the future, options and capabilities will be added to the processing, and the product line will expand. As of May 2021, the company is negotiating with large banks, payment systems, retail companies that are interested in using the software product.

Osnova's second area of ​ ​ work is the development of projects in the field of digitalization, the creation of IT infrastructure for business from various industries, in particular, retail, sports industry, and industry.
