History

2007. The company is included into ten "The largest tour operators of Russia" with a gross annual revenue of 144 million dollars^[1]

2/15/2010. The PAC GROUP company started the new version of the website on sea and river cruises – www.new.gocruise.ru. On the website priority partners of the company in sea cruises are provided: MSC Cruises, SilverSea, Hurtigruten

8/15/11. One of the largest suppliers of tourist services worldwide of Hotelbeds was added to the PAC WORLD system.

12/15/12 of PAC GROUP passed to electronic document management with VTB 24 bank regarding payment of orders. The service of information exchange allowing PAC GROUP in the online mode is implemented to obtain data on receipt of payments to orders for the account of the company.

Since April, 2013 the tour operator of PAC GROUP is a Founder of Association "Association of Tour Operators In the field of Outbound Tourism of "TURPOMOShch" and is a part of this Association. (on November 19, 2012 the Association of Tour Operators in the field of outbound tourism of "Turpomoshch" received the status of all-Russian. The association of tour operators "Turpomoshch" offers professional services in the tourist market on rendering the emergency help to tourists)

11/19/13 in Holiday Inn Sokolniki hotel workshop IT-технологий in tourism on which PAC GROUP submitted the updated and advanced version of a system of online armoring of tourist services of PAC WORLD worldwide took place. Everyone could test the updated elements of a system under the leadership of experts of PAC GROUP and ask the interesting questions. The action brought together more than 500 people. The presentation was held by the head of the analytical department of the company Dmitry Semykin, the head of department of individual armoring Maria Grin.

6/2/14 of Tura PAC GROUP can be paid through network of TourPay payment terminals online. Payment via terminals is performed by cash, without the commission.

11/14/14. At the central office of PAC GROUP company own screen of sale of train tickets of the Russian Railway is installed, armoring of tickets in the Russian Federation is available, the statement of the international directions is also possible.
