PCB of the Moscow region (Control Accounts Chamber of the Moscow region)

The control Accounts Chamber of the Moscow region is the permanent state body of external state financial control formed by the Moscow region duma, and it accountable.

The main objectives of Control Accounts Chamber are:

1. Control of timely execution profitable and budget expenditures of the Moscow region and budget of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Moscow region for volumes, structure and purpose.
2. Control of use of budget funds of the Moscow region and budget of Territorial fund obligatory medical insurance for the Moscow region and also observance of an established procedure of management and order of the property which is owned by the Moscow region.
3. Conducting examinations of drafts of laws on the budget of the Moscow region and drafts of laws on the budget of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Moscow region, preparation of the conclusions on annual reports on budget implementation of the Moscow region and the budget of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Moscow region.
4. the Analysis of budget process in the Moscow region and preparation of the offers directed to its improvement.
