2022: Expansion of production

In early October 2022, a new Pantes platform for the production of electronics was officially opened in the special economic zone "St. Petersburg," the company told TAdviser. Pantes told TAdviser that the expansion is associated with an increase in demand for Russian-made electronics.

The plant is located on the territory of the SEZ "St. Petersburg" at the site "Novoorlovskaya." The area of ​ ​ the building where the production is located is 6 thousand square meters . m, and the area of ​ ​ the entire land plot is 1.2 hectares. The volume of investments in the project amounted to 700 million rubles.

The new site will produce sophisticated high-tech electronics. The company explained to TAdviser that they mean blocks of various purposes in the interests of various industries: Russian Railways, power, communications, telecommunications, security systems. Classes of manufactured devices include server boards, storage boards, control boards for various mechanisms, including drive control, etc.

The planned production capacity at the first stage will be up to 1 million electronic units per year. Mass production of products is established in automatic mode.

The new site has commissioned technological equipment for the production of electronics from the world's leading manufacturers. As the company told TAdviser, in particular, the production uses equipment for surface automatic installation, automated output installation, automatic selective soldering and wave soldering plants. Due to competition in the contract manufacturing market, specific information about manufacturers and models of equipment is a trade secret.

Imported means of production from leading manufacturers were purchased for the new plant

The production building is designed and built using innovative engineering, environmental and energy-saving technologies in construction, which has reduced operating costs by more than 25%, Pantes said.

The launch of the new plant created more than 200 jobs for specialists in the electronic industry: highly qualified workers, technologists, developers and engineers.
