Perceptive Software Deutschland (before Saperion AG) - the supplier and software developer for business process management (BPM) in Europe and corporate content management (ECM).

For 2013 the ERP platforms the developed Saperion give the chance to manage huge amount of data and provide integration into all main platforms. The products ECM/BPM it is platform-independent have multilanguage architecture. Cloud and the ECM mobile solutions were also developed by Saperion company as systems on management of documents and e-mail.

Both mid-scale businesses, and global corporations, such as Daimler and Siemens, E.ON, Schindler, Fleurop, Lufthansa, Henkel, Vodafone are regular customers of Saperion.

History

2013: Lexmark absorbs Saperion AG

The Saperion AG company drew attention to Lexmark as the leader of the industry in the European market, and in November, 2013 was a part of the isolated program division of Lexmark – Perceptive Software company. ViewPoint Capital Partners the investor of Saperion performed consultation and the management within the transaction. It was necessary to pay about 72 mln. dollars of the USA for acquisition of Saperion AG of Lexmark International corporation. Official date of completion of the transaction — on September 16, 2013.

Saperion AG at the end of 2013 is transformed to Perceptive Software Deutschland GmbH.

Primary activity of the company is directed to expansion of sales of the platform under the invariable Saperion brand and also development of its functionality through integration of technologies of other products from the Perceptive Software portfolio.
