2024: Opening of the Department of "BFT-Holding" "Public Finance and Procurement Management"

Within the framework of the BFT-VUZ project, the basic department BFT-Holding "Management state finance and Procurement" was launched Perm at the Financial and Economic College (branch). Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation The event took place with support and participation. BFT-Holding Ministry of Finance of the Perm Territory announced this on January 18, 2024.

Digitalization of public administration requires the availability of qualified personnel in authorities. BFT-VUZ are a non-profit project of BFT-Holding, the purpose of which is to jointly with educational institutions of the regions where solution BFT in the field of planning and budget execution, as well as procurement management, are introduced, to prepare graduates who are ready to work with systems of the ACC line. The project has existed for the eighth year, and as of January 2024, 27 universities in the country from 14 regions take part in it. More than 150 teachers teach students how to work with ACC systems. The availability of applied skills helps graduates to better understand the processes taking place in the financial authorities, and gives a plus in employment and career building.

The Perm branch of the Financial University was the first in the region to join the BFT-VUZ program in 2021 (as of January 2024, other universities of the region also participate in the BFT-VUZ project). In 2022-2023, 143 students were trained. In 2024, together with BFT-Holding and with the support of the Ministry of Finance of the region, the Department of Public Finance and Procurement Management was launched.

The ceremony was attended by Natalya Garyaeva, Acting Deputy Minister of Finance of the Perm Territory, Alexey Gogolev, Director of the Perm branch of the Financial University, Yulia Zakharenko, Director of the Marketing and Partnerships Directorate of BFT-Holding, and Yulia Khakimova, Head of the Practical Training Department, Head of the Employment Assistance Center of the Perm branch of the Financial University.

The basic department of BFT was created for the practical training of future civil servants. The program provided for by the BFT-VUZ project includes work in the ACC systems, studying the subject area, features of document management, as well as performing practice and homework. The department will become a platform where students can not only learn applied work with information systems, but also communicate live with BFT-Holding experts participating in the creation of products of the ACC line.
