JSC Power Machine-building Alliance (EMAlliance) – one of the largest Russian power engineering companies having the international experience and competence in design, production and complex supply of equipment of Kotelny Island for thermal power including performance of "turnkey" contracts (EPC *).

EMAlliance possesses 77.33% of ordinary shares of JSC TKZ Krasny kotelshchik and 100% of stocks of one of the largest to the European company on production of the boiler and heat-exchanging equipment "Duro Dakovic" ("Dzhuro Dzhakovich") (Croatia). Branches of the engineering company are open in Taganrog, Podolsk, Barnaul and Ivanov.

EMAlliance has an opportunity to project and make: coal-dust and oil-gas boilers with a steam generating capacity from 50 to 3950 tons of steam per hour on steam parameters up to SSKP; boilers utilizers for the CCGT with a steam generating capacity up to 1000 tons of steam per hour; boilers with TsKS; "turnkey" Kotelny Island.

Activity

The enterprises of EMAlliance specialize in production of a utilities equipment for thermal and nuclear power stations, the enterprises of the gas and petrochemical sector. By own estimates, the holding for 2008 occupies more than 80% of the Russian market of the boiler equipment.

Products of the enterprises entering into EMAlliance equip 7% of power plants in the world, 90% of power capacities of Russia, 100% of nuclear power stations of Russia and the CIS countries. A strategic partner of the company is the French corporation Alstom.
