"Practice of security" is structural division of Progress holding which shareholding structure was updated in the fall of 2012 then the Board of Directors was headed on December 3, 2012 by the former top manager of the Asteros group Konkin Nikolay. Enter a circle of its job responsibilities the development strategy of holding in general and opening of the new directions of business and, traditionally, monitoring of the direction of information security.

Arrival of the new management was followed by updating of business strategy of diversified holding. Services in information security support in which "Practice of security" specializes became one of key activities. Sales strategy was reoriented on federal and capital agencies and also large corporations as anchor customers.

Specialists of Praktika Bezopasnosti Ltd have extensive expert knowledge in information technology field, the integrated security systems and complex information protection in automation systems, telecommunications and communication.

The company has licenses of FSTEC and FSB for rendering services in the field of data protection and work with the data which are the state secret and also all necessary certificates for carrying out project, engineering and installation works in the territory of the Russian Federation. Besides, the company is a founder and the full member of the ABISS non-profit partnership and Association of data protection.

Activity of the company is certified in accordance with GOST P ISO 9001–2008 and GOST P ISO/IEC 27001-2006.

Performance Indicators

2013

For 2013 it is going to increase revenue of the company in the direction of services cybersecurity several times, having brought it to $20-25 million. Along with it the task to increase efficiency of operating activities of the company, to provide expansion of a portfolio the practician and competences, to enter the new industry markets is set for top managers.

History

2014: Reorganization of Practician Bezopasnosti and expansion of the service industry to the level of the system integrator

Shareholder meeting of Progress Holding (100% of stocks of Praktika Bezopasnosti Ltd belong) in October, 2014 makes the decision on reorganization of Praktika Bezopasnosti company and expansion of the service industry to the level of the system integrator. For this purpose the updated structure of Praktika Bezopasnosti will include three more companies which are also belonging to Progress Holding: "Bee-Bee-Es Group" (creation of engineering infrastructure), "Aytiprogress" (creation and optimization of IT systems) and "Progress Monitoring" (industrial and fire safety). The aspiration to provide to regular customers of the company a full range of services in the field of creation and upgrade of general-system infrastructure of a real estate and business became the main reason of this solution. Praktika Bezopasnosti is ready to act as the general contractor of engineering and infrastructure projects and also to render services in creation of end-to-end systems of security.

Anton Danilenko is appointed to the position of the CEO. Shareholders of the company set the task of an entry into the new industry markets and increase in revenue and also development of competence of the main activities.

2013: A command outcome from Asteros

The solution of an extraordinary meeting of shareholders in the company in July, 2013 makes a number of important staff changes: Burdelo Ivan is appointed to the position of the chairman of the board, Konoshenko Sergey headed department of information security. Besides, more than twenty technical specialists and project managers joined the updated Cybersecurity Department. Before arrival in Practician Bezopasnosti all command worked in the Asteros group, within two years holding the leading positions in the market of services of information security (IDC, 2010-2011).
