Printbank

In October, 2013 it became known that the Central Bank revoked a license for banking operations from Printbank. It is reported in regulator materials. The reason of recall is not specified.

At the beginning of October, 2013 the former chairman of the board of directors of the financial organization Nazim Damirov was found guilty of embezzlement of shareholders of construction of the residential complex Star of Russia in Khimki. Damirov was given seven years of prison. Three of his accomplices were sentenced to two-year terms of deprivation of freedom. During announcement of a sentence Damirov already was in custody as before it sentenced to two years of prison for arbitrariness.

Damirov heading also the Print holding company was arrested in 2005. According to the investigators, he in 2001 created Print Capital construction company. Without having the project documentation and the issued land relations, the company signed agreements and raised money for construction from clients. At the same time, as investigators consider, accounting was conducted so that allowed to hide plunders which volume was 212 million rubles.

Printbank, according to Banki.ru, was in the middle of the eighth hundred Russian financial organizations for the volume of net assets. As it is specified on the website of DIA, in 2007 the license for acceptance of deposits was revoked from Printbank.
