The Promzheldortrans association is created in 1995 for consolidation of activity of the enterprises of industrial railway transport (EIRT) and also service companies for repair of the rolling stock and for August, 2019 integrates more than 95 companies. Its tasks are to quality improvement of transport service of cargo owners, complete satisfaction of increasing demand for the works and services connected with transportation process, increase in security on railway transport of uncommon use.

Lokotekh-Promservice LLC (LTPS, is included into Lokotekh Group) and SRO Association Promzheldortrans (PPZhT) announced on August 29, 2019 agreement signature about cooperation.
