Proxima Capital Group is a Russian investment company founded in 2013. The company operates in two main areas: investing own funds in the capital of non-public companies and providing consulting services.

As of September 2021, the Proxima Capital Group portfolio includes the following projects:

  • wholesale distribution center "RusAgroMarket,"
  • plywood and MDF manufacturer United Panel Group,
  • manufacturer of porcelain stoneware "Quadro Decor,"
  • service of individual storage of things "AlfaWarehouse,"
  • car-sharing service "CityDrive" (part of the joint venture of Mail.ru Group and Sberbank in the field of food delivery and transport),
  • Ru-Center Domain Name Registrar (via Ru-Web. Investments ").

History

2025: Purchase from ВЭБ.РФ of a share in the Rusagromarket network together with Tashir Group of Companies

The ВЭБ.РФ structure has withdrawn from the project of the Rusagromarket network of wholesale and distribution centers (ORC). 5% controlled by it was transferred to the main owner - the joint structure of Proxima Capital Group and Tashir Group of Companies. Corresponding changes were made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in November 2025. Investors intended to build at least five objects, but so far only one has been realized. Erecting ORCs is more expensive than ordinary warehouses, and investor interest in them is limited. Read more here

2023: Purchase of the Nosters plant for the production of barley malt

The bankrupt malting plant Nosters was bought by Proxima Capital Group. This became known at the end of July 2023. Read more here.

2013: Vladimir Tatarchuk establishes company

Proxima Capital Group was founded in 2013 by the former deputy chairman of Alfa Bank Vladimir Tatarchuk.
