RB Leasing LLC - subsidiary company PJSC Rosbank. Works since 2003.

History

In 2011 in connection with consolidation of business of the Societe Generale group in Russia on the basis of RB Leasing LLC there was consolidation of three leasing companies:

• RB Leasing LLC: foundation year — 2003, the main directions — power, the rolling stock, cargo transportation;
• BSZhV Leasing Ltd: foundation year — 2003; the main directions are cargo transportation, construction and special equipment, motor transport;
• SZh Finance Ltd: foundation year — 2006; the main direction — vendor financing (construction and special equipment, polygraphy, IT).
