The RBS-Telecom group is formed in 2009 for the purpose of implementation of infrastructure and investment projects in the territory of the Russian Federation and the neighboring countries.

RBS Group under a uniform brand consolidates resources and competences of a number of the Russian IT and the construction companies. Control of all assets within all-corporate strategy of development is exercised by management company RBS LLC.

History

2017

In total during project implementation it was brought into operation of 110 objects of communication of RRL using the solutions of an operator class providing high data transfer rate. The volume of the works performed by RBS-Telecom included preproject inspection, development and approval of the work and project documentation, the organization and upgrade of radio relay flights, an adjustment of antennas, testing of the equipment and channels. Installation and construction works were conducted in the territory of Moscow, including Zelenograd and also in the administrative centers of municipal districts and the cities of the Moscow region – in Odintsovo, Reutov, Dubna, Balashikha, Shcherbinka, Lyubertsy, Podolsk, Dzerzhinsky, Pushkin, Old Kupavna, Noginsk, Shchyolkovo. The RRL networks brought into operation serve both as the main, and as alternative channels of data transmission. In the project the modern equipment of a radio access providing high capacity and spectral efficiency in the wireless networks is used. Traffic transmission rate depending on needs of each specific customer for the built networks was from 50 Mbps to 1000 Mbps in a full duplex.

2016

In November, 2016 the godagruppa of companies "Russian Business Systems" changed the name on "RBS-Telecom group".

The RBS-Telecom group participates in implementation of a number of projects on creation of the fiber-optical and radio relay communication lines providing access for consumers to modern telecommunication services – to the high-speed Internet, digital telephony, intellectual to video surveillance , etc. Geography of projects – the Central and Northwest federal districts. RBS-Telecom acts as the partner of telecom operators in design and construction of telecom infrastructure within projects on elimination of "digital inequality", address programs for connection of legal entities and physical persons, functioning of programs "ERA-GLONASS", "System-112" and "Safe city" intelligent transport systems.

The RBS-Telecom group sums up the results of project implementation on creation digital radio relay communication lines (RRL) for the benefit of corporate clients of the federal telecom operator. During the period from January to December, 2016 in the territory Moscow and a number of the cities of the Moscow region it was constructed and brought into operation of 68 objects of communication of RRL that exceeds quantity of the started objects of RRL in comparison with 2015 ^[1]twice ^[2]

Project implementation was enabled in the territory of the capital, including Zelenograd, the administrative centers of municipal districts and the cities of Moscow area - Dubna, Balashikha, Shcherbinka, Lyubertsy, Podolsk, Dzerzhinsky, Pushkin, Old Kupavna, Noginsk, Shchyolkovo. Traffic transmission rate depending on needs of each specific customer is from 50 Mbps to 1000 Mbps in a full duplex. For construction of RRL solutions of an operator class - the modern equipment of a radio access providing high capacity and spectral efficiency in the wireless networks were used.

The RRL new networks will be used as the main and alternative channels for ensuring uninterrupted data transmission of operators of mobile and fixed connection.

The Russkiye Business Sistemy (RBS Group) implements a number of telecommunication projects on creation of wired and wireless networks of communication from "zero" and before start in operation. Geography of projects – the Central, Northwest, Southern federal districts. Scale – from connection of households to backbone networks of operators before deployment of large industry and departmental communication systems of the high level of responsibility. Within the implemented projects the company executes a full range design and survey, construction and balancing and commissioning and also performs maintenance and repair of a communication equipment. The created infrastructure allows to provide a broad spectrum of modern telecommunication services (the high-speed Internet, interactive television, the IP telephony, "virtual office", etc.), provides smooth functioning of intelligent transport systems, security systems and monitoring.

In November the RBS-Telecom Group announced opening of additional office in St. Petersburg which will provide support of key clients of the company and control of project implementation in the Northwestern Federal District. Opening of office is connected with plans of RBS-Telecom Group for business development and expansion of presence in strategically important region where a considerable part of the customers interested in company services is concentrated. Under the authority of regional office – rendering services in the field of telecommunications and system integration, promotion of technical solutions for a corporate segment, customer interaction, support of projects and providing consultations.

2015

In 2015 RBS focused efforts and resources on two main directions – telecommunications and system integration.

Design and construction of communication networks for the highways of federal importance connecting the largest megalopolises and key regions of the country became the RBS most large-scale project in 2015. Amount of works, the executed RBS, included design and construction of end-to-end systems of communication (the fiber-optic communication line, RRL, TETRA Wi-Fi, CB, FM). The created telecom infrastructure – one of the most modern in Russia – will provide today both functioning of intelligent transport systems and paid services, and security on roads within federal programs "System-112" and "ERA-GLONASS", the organizations video surveillances and notifications.

In the RBS portfolio at the end of 2015 – the implemented projects on construction and maintenance of communication networks for the benefit of big state customers and departments, including in remote and hardly accessible mountainous areas, partnership with national telecom operators on creation of high-speed data networks in different regions of Russia.

In the System integration direction of RBS Group, supporting state policy of import substitution and ensuring technology independence of Russia, performed development of domestic software solutions for communication, monitoring and management of subscribers and objects. Solutions are under construction based on own telecommunication platform of the company using GLONASS technologies and secure channels of communication. As the customers of the company who already implemented or stated interest in implementation of these products departments and the companies in such branches of the economy as security, power, transport act.

In the field of the international cooperation the company was focused on interaction with the companies from the People's Republic of China – the country determined by the Government of the Russian Federation as the key partner. RBS signed the large agreement with one of the leading world vendors on delivery and hardware maintenance of a professional radio communication in the territory of the Russian Federation.

2013

In 2013 RBS Group continues to start new projects and to be engaged in development of hardware-software products with broad functionality for creation of qualitative commercial and social infrastructure.

System integration direction

Creation of the innovation development center of software products in the field of the automated monitoring and object management and processes. The organization on its base of the demonstration stand for testing and the presentation of products of the company.

Development and output to the market of the product "Monitoring System of Crucial Nodes of Buildings and Constructions". A system is intended for status monitoring of buildings, difficult building constructions and engineering constructions, including dams and bridges, in real time.

The personal tracker in the form of the figurative disturbing button intended for security of children, pensioners, physically disabled people became the bright solution which drew attention of representatives of government institutions and professional community.

The presentation of the hardware and software system "System-112" developed by RBS Group on the All-Russian collecting of leadership team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and civil defense forces of Russia. On the International salon "Complex Security" possibilities of a monitoring subsystem of a System-112 were shown.

Creation of pilot zone Systems-112 in Kamchatka Krai. In the most densely populated municipal entities of edge a System is successfully started in the "fighting" pilot mode.

The public contract on technical project development of a System-112 in the Republic of Ingushetia is signed. The concept of creation of a system of providing a call of the emergency operational services through uniform number "112" in which integration with the system of the emergency reaction at accidents by "ERA-GLONASS" and other automated systems of monitoring and security is provided is created.

Telecom direction

Construction of a system of the closed video conferencing with a possibility of transfer of broadband flows of a video information by means of the high-speed radio relay communication line (RRL). One of key projects of year – the Complex project on upgrade of the system of an operative trunking radio communication (SOTRC) of the TETRA standard for the benefit of one of security agencies.

The company provided during the International aerospace salon MAKS-2013 new intellectual developments for public sector which allow to upgrade a safety management system of flights and IT infrastructure of airline hubs and airfields of the state aircraft.

New unique development – control block the telematic systems which allows to manage operation of the controlling equipment and transfer of telematic data on different communication channels, including a professional radio communication.

Engineering Systems direction

The company signed the public contract on creation of complexes of technical means of the Regional automated system of the centralized notification of civil defense (RASTsO) of St. Petersburg for the benefit of the City monitoring center. Volume included installation, a commissioning and carrying out acceptance tests of a complex of the RASTsO technical means on 32 objects of municipal property, the including administration of the districts of St. Petersburg and Ministry of Emergency Situations organization.

The company became the partner of Committee on Education of. St. Petersburg also connected more than 50 objects of education to RASTSO SPb.

2012

RBS LLC (management company) acted as the ideological inspirer and the strategic architect of development of group which technology center the programming team, the new services aimed at creation based on our platform is. The second company, Premier Svyaztelekom Ltd, – a key asset in implementation of telecom projects. She specializes in development and creation of communication networks of varying complexity: multiservice, networks of a professional radio communication, including TETRA. In this company the powerful project and estimate department is created, it executes all cycle of "turnkey" works: design of objects of communication, VOLP, supply of equipment, creation of dispatching systems and control, commissioning.

In 2012 the RBS group included the St. Petersburg firm "Tekhnogroup" which is engaged in the low-current engineering systems, security systems, in particular notifications, automation and scheduling, on the basis of ideology of the intellectual building.

In a portfolio of RBS – solutions for creation of the uniform services on duty and dispatching (USDD), situational centers, intelligent transport systems. In focus – national projects on a joint of a telecom and security. For example, the system of providing a call of operational services by uniform number 112, the system of the emergency reaction at accidents of "ERA-GLONASS", Electronic government. RBS have a product developed together with partners for system deployment-112 which received the positive decision at profile institute of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. It is completely compatible to "ERA-GLONASS" and other navigation and information systems. In 2012 this solution was approved within a pilot project in the city of Armavir of Krasnodar Krai. A system-112 is delivered on the multiservice platform of processing and information analysis from different objects and processes.

Customers - large industrial enterprises, the energy companies, assets of JSC Gazprom for which the different ICT systems is created. The company cooperates with internal security services of the enterprises in creation of their special networks. Among customers also administrations of municipal entities in Northwest, Central and Southern federal districts.

The quality management system in the company was certified according to GOST P ISO standard 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008). All work types on engineering researches, preparation of the project documentation, technological solutions and technical actions, ensuring fire safety, construction and reconstruction, the device of the internal engineering systems of buildings and constructions entered the field of certification.

System integration direction

System integration. Competences and solutions lie in the field of creation of automated information systems which accumulate, process and transfer information of different function. The product portfolio of "the Russian Business systems" includes solutions for creation of uniform on duty and dispatching offices and situational centers, intelligent transport systems. At this stage for project implementation in the field of system integration we cooperate with a number of partners. In the long term we are going to select this direction in independent business.

Development and promotion of a product, relevant on the scale of all Russia, – "System-112". The presentation of a product is held in the Government of the Moscow region and Emercom of Russia and also at the All-Russian conference "'Service-112' in Russia. Problems of implementation and perspective of development". Development received practical application during creation of a pilot zone in Karelia and a demo zone in Krasnodar. Upgrade and service of IT systems and infrastructure of the AIS Fundamentals of Health and Safety of St. Petersburg. Development of the project documentation and accomplishment of a detail design on creation of fragments of the AIS Fundamentals of Health and Safety in the Admiralty, Resort and Nevsky districts for the state needs of St. Petersburg.

Participation in creation of the End-to-end system of security of social and important objects of St. Petersburg. Design, installation and service of the IT system which provides collecting of telemetric information and transfer of disturbing signals to response forces more than on 6000 medical, educational and social city objects.

Telecom direction

The company developed project solutions on the systems of a digital technology radio communication of the TETRA and DMR standards for the railway junction. Design and exploration work on design of the high-speed radio relay communication line for ensuring needs of a number of strategic recreational facilities in the territory of the city of Sochi (Krasnodar Krai) and the Republic of Adygea is carried out. Total length of the line – more than 60 km. Large-scale projects for the benefit of the largest transport hubs of Russia are implemented.

2011

System integration direction

Participation in development and delivering solutions for the brightest and large-scale event of the fifth anniversary in Russia – Olympic Games-2014. Development of information and technical subsystems of the Center of operational management for security and Olympic Games-2014 law and order. The company expanded territorial presence in key regions of Russia and signed the partnership agreement with Administration of Krasnodar. A number of specialized information systems for the Situational downtown is developed and delivered: a monitoring system "The integrating node of collecting and processing of disturbing messages", an information and analytical system "System of forecasting of risks and decision support".

Telecom direction

RBS Group focuses the technical and intellectual potential on development of new activity Telecom and entry into the market of ICT. Within the new business direction the first contract "Design and Construction of Network of Radio Monitoring" for the benefit of the AIS Fundamentals of Health and Safety of St. Petersburg is received and performed.

For development of competences the company created engineering and project bureau for the purpose of execution of works on preproject inspection and design. The company actively develops the infrastructure direction on management of complex projects in the field of construction of communication networks, objects of industrial and civil function using the innovation monitors of construction process.

2010

Creation of the technology platform for contract manufacturing of the navigation and svyazevy equipment. Start of a production line in March, 2010

In May within the international exhibition "Svyaz-Expokomm-2010" the presentation of the unique equipment for the Russian market for a professional radio communication under the GAMMA trademark took place. Terminals can be used for an operative voice communication and monitoring of movements of people and vehicles of any appointment.

Conclusion of the first contract for production of fixed and mobile radio stations GAMMA (TETRA-GLONASS).

Equipment manufacturing of GAMMA is certified on the basis of requirements and standards of Special Communications and Information Service for law enforcement agencies and services of quick response. Production volume, programming and supply of equipment for the benefit of the Olympic Games-2014 was 10,000 pieces. The organization of the second production line for release of navigation equipment. Production and delivery of monitoring systems of vehicles based on GPS/GLONASS for the benefit of operators of security and security companies of 25,000 pieces.

Creation of the technical center for development and service maintenance of IT infrastructure and information systems

The company follows the strategy of further diversification of business and opens own Center of technical and warranty support of the equipment of the leading foreign and domestic manufacturers. Technical support of IT infrastructure of the Federal dispatching center of the operator of security in St. Petersburg. Functionality of a system: condition monitoring and locations of moving and stationary objects in the territory of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries. Development, production of the command and staff car with the mobile communication hub and the warning system and navigation" (MONSOON).

The presentation of a product took place within the international economic forum in Sochi. The solution is developed based on the cross-country vehicle (KAMAZ) and in the facilitated complete set – based on the Land Rover car. As a part of the solution – a mobile system of contact with the built-in module of satellite communication, command center and decision supports, a dispatching system for the organization of interdepartmental interaction, a set of radio stations. The solution provides a zone of an uninterrupted covering in a radius of 25 km, deployment speed less than 1 hour, system capacity in a basic complete set is 200 subscribers.

Creation of IT laboratory for new product development and entry into the markets of B2B and V2S

Creation and output to the market of the product "Integrating Node". The hardware-software complex provides acceptance, data collection and processing from different subjects to observation – vehicles, objects of the residential, commercial and departmental real estate and information transfer in case of emergency in the centers of reaction

2009

In 2009 the decision on formation of Russkiye Business Sistemy (RBS Group) for implementation of large-scale projects in information technology field and telecommunications is made. According to the Letter of intent of business partners date of creation of RBS Group – on March 13, 2009. The president of RBS Group is the winner of the Award of the Government of the Russian Federation in science and technology Moldavanov Alexander Viktorovich.

The first pilot developments of the subscriber equipment of TETRA-GLONASS

Victory in tender and obtaining order for creation of a prototype of radio station of a professional radio communication of GLONASS-TETRA. Specialists of the company developed a unique product for the Russian market – radio station with the built-in navigation module GLONASS which allowed not only to transfer voice and text messages via secure channels of communication, but also to define location of the subscriber by means of satellites of domestic GLONASS system. The company received the contract for production and the organization of supply of equipment for the benefit of power services for security of the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi of 2014.
