JSC RE-KON (before REGION Consulting) specializes in rendering services business and IT consulting, proposing the clients complete solutions on a range of operating activities of the companies: in the field of organizational changes, change management, management of finance, management of supply, methodology and management of repairs of the equipment (MRO).

The company implements projects on automation, robotization and modeling business processes in the different fields of economy: financial sector, petrogas sector power industry construction transport, production.

Activities

The main activities are:

• Management of finance: development and deployment of budgeting and investment planning systems;
• Management of supply: implementation of processes of category management, development of methodological base for all chain of supply from planning to material consumption;
• Management of production assets: development and deployment of strategy of the company according to ISO 55000, setting of business processes, development of methods and approaches to asset management, preparation for certification, implementation of an ACS of a MRO based on SAP ERP;
• IT consulting: formation of digital platforms taking into account industry specifics, process mining, robotization of routine processes (RPA), automation, a business intelligence based on the systems of a BI class
• Solutions 1C: Automation of financial guidance loops enterprise, management of finance, treasury, budgeting, IFRS, consolidation of the management reporting, automation of production accounting.

History

2019

JSC RE-KON confirmed compliance of a quality management system to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. Supervising audit was performed in the relations of key activities of the company: consulting services in the field of finance, the systems of supply, management of production assets, IT and also providing complex services in automation of accounting and office work on the basis of software products of 1C Company.

In the audit report of JSC Bureau Veritas Certification Russia it is said: "SMK JSC RE-KON is one of instruments of strategic management and increase in efficiency of operating activities. The organization showed in general productive accomplishment of actions for implementation, maintenance and permanent improvement of a quality management system".

Strengths auditors also recognized use of project management as main instrument of operating activities of RE-Kohn and high qualification of employees.

For the purpose of increase in management efficiency, in the company Project office is created. The division is urged to provide observance of corporate standards by preparation and projects implementation.

2018

• In September, 2018 REGION Consulting underwent certification audit on compliance to requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 and received the certificate of conformity on five main types of the activity.
• JSC REGION Consulting took the 68th place in a ranking of 170 largest Russian consulting groups and companies of RAEX rating agency at the end of 2017.
• The company was included into TOP 100 of 1C of the companies in Moscow. The status 1C is received: Center of Real automation.

2017

Strategic partnership agreements with IBM, Qlik, Polymatica, BusinessStudio are signed.

2016

Certification of TZKI FSTEC (work with confidential information of the customer)

• The company underwent certification of information technical protection of the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control
• The company received the partner status 1C (1C: Franchisee and the status Candidate 1C: Consulting)
