RFI Konsortsium LLC (RFI Consortium Ltd.) exercises control of "the New Yenisei timber-chemical complex" (NLHK).
Activities
For August, 2019 the main activities of the company, in addition to ensuring management of NLHK, are export of sawlog and timber and also active participation in different investment projects of century forest sector Russia.
History
2015: Beginning of management of "New Yenisei timber-chemical complex"
In 2015 RFI Consortium started management of "the New Yenisei timber-chemical complex". The management company develops the strategic plan of development of NLHK. Quality improvement and product competitiveness in the world market becomes the main direction of development. For implementation of the strategic plan the management company was engaged in increase in efficiency of all divisions.
Special attention is paid to upgrade of production capacities of the enterprise:
- the area of roads on production sites of NLHK increased;
- the modern sawn EWD line, Germany is set;
- the line for sawlog sorting is put into operation (producer – the Austrian company Springer).
The held events allowed to increase considerably product competitiveness of "the New Yenisei timber-chemical complex" in the Russian and world market. Products of the enterprise are in high demand for the companies in Europe, the countries of Asia and the Middle East. According to Martin Hermansson, the main buyers of the Russian timber are China and the countries of North Africa.
2014: Financing for NLHK in the amount of $7 million
At the beginning of 2014 RFI Consortium provides to NLHK financing in the amount of more than $7 million. Investments allowed to optimize operating activities.
2013: Creation of the company
In 2013 Martin Hermansson became the founder of RFI Consortium company. Already by the end of 2013 it began cooperation with "the New Yenisei timber-chemical complex" (NLHK).
