2013 became record for all history of bank by the amount of the got profit which reached 1 billion UAH.
2010: The group Raiffeisen controls 96.17% of bank shares
As of January 1, 2010 the group Raiffeisen possessed 96.17% of bank shares.
In 2010 based on the 25th issue of shares of bank its capital is increased by 932.54 million UAH, including authorized capital — for 582.84 million UAH, to more than 3 billion UAH.
2005: Raiffeisen buys Aval bank
Since October, 2005 the bank became a part of banking holding group Raiffeisen International Bank-Holding AG, Austria (since October, 2010 — Raiffeisen Bank International AG).
