ReSound founded in 1943 specializes in development of hearing aids. By February, 2019 the company is provided in 80 countries and enters the five of the most popular brands in the market of hearing aids. These devices keeps in wireless communication and it is compatible to mobile devices that allows to route audio live in devices and also to manage them, for example, increasing or reducing the volume level. The ReSound company came to the Russian market in 2008.

2019: Cooperation with OCS
In the middle of February, 2019 OCS Distribution announced opening of the new distribution direction - the medical equipment and an accessory. The producer of ReSound hearing aids entering into the Danish concern GN Group became the first partner of the Russian company in this market.
Within development of the new OCS direction is going to build a partner network not so much by interaction with the specialized medical centers which sell long ago hearing aids how many to expand it with new type of players, for example, laboratories of diagnostics and drugstores , etc.
It is noted that adding in a product line of hearing aids will become for the distributor an exit in absolutely new product niche requiring specific approach to development and growth. OCS is going to take active part in formation and gain of a sales channel, to include in it market segments, new to vendor.
GN Group owns a brand of the professional headsets of Jabra supplied by OCS to the Russian market since 2008. OCS noted that the choice of ReSound as the first partner in the market of the medical equipment decided by the high level of brand recognition and long-term experience on GN Group within promotion of audioproducts of Jabra.
