The ReactOS Foundation is the non-profit organization supporting and advancing the ReactOS project.
The fund is organized in 2002, in Moscow.
Main objective of the ReactOS project in creation of the operating system, it is binary compatible to the applications and drivers developed for Windows NT operating system family.
The fund has two-level structure, with the administrative center located in the territory of Russia and the branches which are engaged in processing of donations in regions of their location. Existence of such structure is caused by the difficulties of legal character connected with money transfer to Russia from Europe and America. All branches and the administrative center are registered as non-profit organizations in regions of their location.
