2017: Purchase Store&Cash

On April 10, 2017 it became known of purchase of a cloud service of management by Smartfin company of trade inventories and trade Store&Cash.

With this acquisition the Smartfin company was going to bring to the market a number of products for small and medium business. Transaction amount is not disclosed.

Store&Cash operates on the market since 2015. During this time service had about 5 thousand subscribers from among the companies of small and medium business. The product Store&Cash is focused on these enterprises. It is created by analogy with the systems of an inventory control of initial level. A system is adapted for conducting inventory accounting in a number of the countries of the former USSR, including the Baltic.

We are going to combine efforts of developers of our companies for creation of new software solutions for entrepreneurs. Shortly with the help Store&Cash we will put on the market the complete solution in the field of mobile finance for small and medium business. Dmitry Bogdashev, CEO of Smartfin

In 2017 we will be focused on development of solutions for small and medium business. Level of automation of the small and medium companies in Russia is not really high, at the same time representatives of this segment feel the need for available solutions, inexpensive and simple in use now. Our products, such as mPOS-readers and applications, compatible to them, are initially focused on this audience. After purchase of service of an inventory control Store&Cash we will be able to create for entrepreneurs a complex product which not only will make their business more technological, but also will help to automate many processes of document flow and accounting.
