2021: Attracting investments in the amount of 35 million rubles

Fintech Refin.online startup completed the first round of investments by signing a syndicated transaction in the amount of 35 million rubles - with the participation of several investors at once. This became known on May 28, 2021. The deal was attended by the Moscow Seed Fund investment company Kama Flow, and business angels - the founder of the Exbico Group Oleg Popov, the founders RDP.RU of the capital - Internetprovider "" and Ecotelecom. Refin.online is developing an online platform for self-management of mortgages in a "one-stop" mode, which will fully digitize interaction with mortgage products. The borrower will be able, without leaving the house, to change the bank, rate, monthly payment and mortgage term.

The project was launched at the height of the pandemic - in May 2020, and in February 2021 became a resident of the Skolkovo ​ ​ Foundation. As of May 2021, Refin.online is an official partner of 20 key banks in Russia, helping to issue and refinance mortgages online. This is one of the few full-cycle digital mortgage services aimed at the end user. He advises borrowers, checks the completeness of documents, draws up and submits applications to banks, monitors the status of their consideration, orders an assessment and selects insurance, and sets the date of the transaction at the bank. During its existence, Refin.online helped borrowers save more than 600 million rubles.
