Regional public organization of disabled people Perspective was created in 1997. Our mission – to achieve complete inclusion of people with disabilities in all spheres of life of society and improvement of quality of their life. For last 12 years Perspective and its partners helped more than 50 thousand people with disabilities and to members of their families, more than 20 thousand public servants and specialists of education participated in different seminars and actions.
