ROYLKOM LLC is an operator and the system integrator in the field of communication providing services both in the territory of Russia, and beyond its limits more than 12 years.

The main activities of the Company are:

• providing full range of services of communication, including providing land and satellite links, video conferencing and video monitoring of productive activity, digital television;
• development of complete telecommunication solutions of any complexity for the geographically distributed enterprises and construction of corporate communication networks;
• execution of works on design and construction of facilities of connection of different function with delivery of all necessary equipment;
• rendering consulting services regarding optimization of the existing communication networks with preparation and implementation of expert and allowing procedures of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Russian Federation.
• design and installation of communication systems and turnkey engineering systems, such as creation of communication networks of a LAN and SCS, security system, conditioning, energy saving and power supply;
• creation of mobile complexes of communication;
• design and installation of security systems, automated systems and also power supply systems.

ROYLKOM LLC is the owner of WiMax network in the Khanty-Mansi joint-stock company Yugra, the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions.

For implementation of the productive activity the Company has all licenses, including for activities for design and construction of buildings and constructions necessary for this purpose, the license of the Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief of the Russian Federation for implementation of works on installation, repair and service of fire safety devices of the buildings and constructions and the license of the Department of Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation for Moscow and Moscow Region for an implementation of works connected with use of the data which are the state secret.

In 2005 and in 2011 underwent recertification to year of ROYLKOM LLC on compliance of international association of quality according to requirements of GOST P ISO 9001-2001 at design and development, production, implementation, installation and commissioning, repair and warranty service of products.
