2020: Integration of the digital mortgage platform of bank with Выберу.ру service

2019

Completion of accession of CB DeltaCredit to Rosbank with opening of Rosbank House branch

PJSC Rosbank completed the procedure of reorganization in the form of accession of JSC CB DeltaCredit with opening of PJSC Rosbank Branch - "Rosbank the House". On June 1, 2019 in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities the corresponding records were made.

As a result of accession Rosbank became available to clients all range of banking services of group. Integration of the mortgage platform of JSC CB DeltaCredit into structure of retail business of PJSC ROSBANK will allow to reach bigger synergy, to expand opportunities for cross-sales and to bring service for clients of Group to new level.

The name "Rosbank House" is selected not casually. The concept "House" captures the essence of services and products which help families to turn their dream of own housing into reality. The digital platform DeltaCredit formed the basis of a mortgage ecosystem of group Rosbank which opens for our clients access to all range of the services connected with real estate acquisition, – the chairman of the board of Rosbank Ilya Polyakov emphasized.

After accession of a condition of the agreements signed by clients earlier with JSC CB DeltaCredit including a condition about the size of a loan interest rate, will not change. PJSC Rosbank is a universal successor by all rights and obligations of JSC CB DeltaCredit.

Rosbank will complete accession DeltaCredit by June 1

Legal merge of Rosbank and DeltaCredit bank is going to be completed by June 1, 2019. The chairman of the board Ilya Polyakov reported about it during the press conference devoted to financial results of work of banks of the Societe General group in Russia.

The decision to attach child DeltaCredit to Rosbank officially it was announced in September, 2018.  As the chairman of the board of Rosbank told process of accession goes according to the plan, and is going to complete legal merge of two banks by June 1.

2010

The DeltaCredit bank became the first commercial bank in Russia specializing in mortgage lending - the mortgage from DeltaCredit works since 1998. According to information for December, 2010 the bank (General license No. 3338) performs mortgage lending in the market secondary and under construction (on the security of the owned real estate) housing in all territory of Russia, issuing mortgage loans both through own divisions, and through an extensive network of partner banks. DeltaCredit is included into a 3-ka of the largest banks on the volume of mortgage lending.

On estimates of the international Moody's Investors Service of Investors Service, DeltaCredit has some of the highest ratings of financial stability among financial and banking organizations in Russia: long-term - "Baa2", short-term — "Prime-2" (Moody's Investors Service).

The bank notes stable rates of development and permanent portfolio growth, even in the conditions of a global economic crisis. DeltaCredit is a participant of deposit insurance system and enters the list of credit institutions with which guarantees the credits of the Bank of Russia can be provided. DeltaCredit is going and to build further business, developing cooperation with partner banks and opening the new representations.

2005: Entry into the Societe Generale group

Since 2005 the bank is a part of Societe Generale international financial group.
