2023: Revenue growth by 14.1% to RUB 7.17 billion

At the end of 2023, one of the largest restaurant holdings in the Russian Federation, Rosinter, increased revenue to 7.17 billion rubles. Compared to 2022, the growth was 14.1%. The group's net profit also increased - by 9.8%, to 22.14 million rubles. Such data in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) were released at the end of April 2024.

According to Interfax, citing materials from Rosinter, in 2023 the company's revenues in the restaurant market reached 6.9 billion rubles, which increased by 15.2% on an annualized basis. Revenue from the franchise program grew slightly and amounted to 163.8 million rubles. The rise in total revenue is due to the business development program, work to update the menu, improve the quality of guest service and promote brands, the group explained.

From the reporting of Rosinter it follows that in 2023 the company's gross profit amounted to 1.44 billion rubles, which is 9.6% more than a year ago. Gross profit margin in 2023 decreased to 20.1% from 20.9% in 2022. EBITDA before impairment and write-offs in 2023 turned out to be equal to 780.7 million rubles, which is 13.5% higher compared to 2022.

Commercial, general and administrative expenses in 2023 decreased by 1.8% (to 849.2 million rubles), while the cost of opening restaurants increased from 8.5 million to 27.9 million rubles.[1]

2018

  • PJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding is an operator in the casual dining restaurants segment in Russia, which operates 272 enterprises in 27 cities of Russia, the CIS and Central Europe, including the Baltic countries.
  • The chain includes 164 corporate and 108 franchise restaurants and cafes. The company develops its own trademarks "IL Patio," "Planet Sushi," "Shikari," "Bar American and Grill," "Mama Rush," and also operates a chain of American restaurants under the trademark TGI FRIDAYS and a chain of British coffee shops Costa Coffee.

Rosinter Restaurants Holding shares are listed on the Moscow MICEX-RTS exchange under the ticker symbol ROST.

2012

In March 2012, LLC Razvitie ROST (a subsidiary of the Holding Company) received the right to develop a chain of McDonald's fast service restaurants for franchising at railway stations and airports in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
