History
2022: Cherkizovo structure bought Russian grain for 6.37 billion rubles
The Cherkizovo structure - the Mikhailovsky agro-industrial complex - was bought by the largest agricultural holding in Bashkiria, Russian Grain Ufa, for 6.37 billion rubles. This was reported on December 5, 2022 by Vedomosti with reference to the corresponding trading protocol.
The lot included the assets of the Russian Grain Ufa Group of Companies - claims against Bashkiria Poultry Farm JSC, Turbaslin Broilers JSC for 3.1 billion rubles, 100% in the authorized capital of the Turbaslin Broiler, Bashkir Grain, Bashkir Grain + and Ufa Bread Products Plant.
Chairman of the Union of Meat Producers and Processors of the Republic of Belarus (Meat Union of the Republic of Belarus) Viktor Freidin, in a conversation with RBC Ufa, noted that Cherkizovo is the largest and most serious player in the domestic market and the company can increase the economic efficiency of Bashkir enterprises.
Cherkizovo has very strong management, of course, there is every chance of increasing the economic efficiency of the Russian Grain companies. Trust [managed the Russian Grain Ufa group since March 2019 - approx. TAdviser] at least a bank of non-core assets, but still a banking structure. Cherkizovo will be able to successfully integrate the Bashkir business into its structures, I think that they will not have problems. It's their mindful purchase, they're well aware of the companies they've acquired, "Freidin said. |
