2022: Fall in annual revenue by 5.4% to 4.8 billion rubles
The producer of vodka "Russian Standard" - the company "Russian Standard Vodka" (RSV) - at the end of 2022 recorded a drop in revenue by 5.4% compared to 2021 - from 5.03 billion to 4.76 billion rubles. Net profit in comparison with these segments of time dropped to 225.1 million rubles from 266.6 million rubles. This is evidenced by the reporting data published in early May 2023.
According to Interfax, citing materials from the RSV (part of the Rust group), the company's revenue has been steadily falling since 2020. In 2022, profit from the company's sales increased to 895.4 million rubles from 616 million rubles a year earlier.
In 2022, Rust Group of Companies sold more than 1 million 9-liter boxes of Russian Standard vodka. This was a record figure since the launch of the brand in 1998 and is 19% higher than in 2021. In 2023, the year of the 25th anniversary of the Russian Standard brand, the company expects to increase sales by 30%.
By the end of 2022, the Rust alcohol group of companies operates in more than 80 international markets. Its production facilities and distribution centers, in addition to the Russian Federation, are located in a number of European countries. The group also includes the Gancia wine house.
