2025: Commissioning

In the capital of Russia, the first Ryabinovaya food technopark worth ₽1,7 billion was commissioned, developed by the full-cycle industrial developer RBNA. The industrial complex is located in the western district of Ochakovo-Matveevskoye at 44 Ryabinova Street, where it is planned to host about ten production companies. The construction of the facility took two years, and the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee issued permission to put the technopark into operation. The launch of the project took place on September 5, 2025.

According to the portal of the mayor and the government of Moscow, among the largest residents of the technopark are the companies "Fish Manufactory," "Verona" and "ABC Coffee." Tenants of the premises are conducting preparatory work on the arrangement of production spaces, while some enterprises plan to begin production and shipment of products in September 2025.

Some companies are engaged in laying communications and installing production equipment. Technopark creates a modern infrastructure for food production, providing tenants with the necessary logistics and technological solutions.

RBNA General Director Pavel Nesmachny noted that the format of food technology parks in Russia began to develop recently, but is already showing high promise. According to him, the share of the food industry in Russia's GDP exceeds 3%, and industry companies are in dire need of updating production capacities.

Nesmachny emphasized the need of food industry enterprises in modern logistics complexes and technological convergence. In his opinion, food technology parks will allow industry players to actively modernize and increase production rates.

RBNA plans to create new food technology parks, but specific sites have not yet been identified. The company is looking for suitable locations for the implementation of additional projects in this segment.[1]
