History
2022: Retail Rocket bought SailPlay
At the end of June 2022, Retail Rocket, which develops a platform for retaining customers, announced the acquisition of SailPlay. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. At the same time, it is known that shortly before it SailPlay attracted about $3.3 million in investments.
With the help of the SailPlay Loyalty designer, marketers can form new loyalty programs by choosing ready-made blocks, for example, to accumulate bonuses or receive a discount, or shares like "buy two T-shirts, get a third as a gift."

A key product in the startup line-up is SailPlay Loyalty, with ready-made loyalty programs. Then they launched SailPlay Sender, a mass mailing tool that can be customized to the desired audience. In Sender, you can also build event chains by setting what should happen if the user has done this or that action.
SailPlay also offers analytics and a CRM system. Another SailPlay program, Gamification, is a game mechanic designer, for example, to accumulate bonus points as part of a loyalty program or special promotions.[1]
2013-2017
In March 2013, Altair invested $220 thousand in SailPlay, and in 2014 it invested Flint Capital. Later, Christopher Wynn, president of the Papa Jones holding in Russia and the CIS, invested in the startup. According to Crunchbase, by 2017, the total investment in the project is $1.5 million.
