North-West Investment-Industrial Bank was established in November 1992 under the name of AKB Trans Capital Bank and is one of the oldest banking institutions in Russia. In November 2000, the general meeting of shareholders decided to rename the bank SEVZAPINVESTPROMBANK, and in 2001 the head office was transferred to St. Petersburg. Today the Bank is a universal Bank providing services to legal entities and individuals.

The Bank operates on the basis of the license of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2152 for banking operations with funds in rubles and foreign currency; FSFR licenses of a professional participant in the securities market for brokerage, dealership and securities management activities; and since 2004 has been a participant in the system of compulsory insurance of deposits of individuals. The bank has the status of an Associate Member of the VISA International payment system under the sponsorship of KB Master Bank, is a member of the Association of Banks of the North-West and the National Association of Stock Market Participants (NAUFOR).

The authorized capital of the Bank is formed in the amount of 51,290,000 (Fifty one million two hundred ninety thousand) rubles and is divided into 5,129,000 (Five million one hundred twenty nine thousand) ordinary registered shares, with a nominal value of 10 (ten) rubles each.

The Bank provides services to organizations of various sectors of the economy, focusing primarily on meeting the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the North-West region of Russia. The bank is a strategic partner for many enterprises of St. Petersburg. The basis of this partnership is the Bank's orientation to the needs of clients, individual approach to the formation of the necessary package of services, the desire to build relations with Clients on the basis of trust and mutually beneficial cooperation.

Important competitive advantages of the Bank are the high speed of settlements, the presence of a new advanced Bank-Client system, flexible credit policy and competitive interest rates for the placement of temporarily free funds.

The Bank provides the following main types of banking services to its corporate Clients:

  • settlement and cash service in rubles of the Russian Federation and foreign currency, including using the Bank-Client account remote access system,
  • buying and selling foreign currency, conducting all types of international settlements, performing the functions of an agent of foreign exchange control,
  • attracting funds of clients in deposits, sale of Bank's own promissory notes,
  • all credit types.

For private clients, the Bank provides the following services:

  • attracting funds of individuals in deposits,
  • making transfers in roubles and foreign currency through Contact and Western Union systems,
  • currency exchange transactions,
  • VISA plastic cards,
  • rental of individual bank safes,
  • individual consumer and mortgage lending.

History

2021: Sergey Savelyev bought the bank

After the sale of Ring of the Urals Bank by the UMMC group, one of the group's partners, Sergey Savelyev, bought Sevzapinvestprombank and transferred it to Moscow from Peter. Savelyev has a common business with the UMMC and the River group.

Savelyev's main business is the Uralvtormet group (through Uralvtormet Software LLC), which is engaged in wholesale trade in waste and metal - the main client of UMMC-Steel.
