2024: A robotic plant for the production of ventilation systems was launched near Vladimir for ₽3 billion

In October 2024, the city of Kirzhach Vladimir region Russia launched a new high-tech plant "Shaft Technologies" for the production of equipment for ventilation and air conditioning systems. Investments in the project amounted to more than ₽3 billion.

According to TASS, the chairman of the board of directors of the trade and production holding "RusClimat" Mikhail Tymoshenko reported on the launch of the enterprise to Russian President Vladimir Putin during a videoconference. The new plant is the largest in its industry and is a highly automated full-cycle production.

The total area of ​ ​ the enterprise is 40 thousand square meters. m. The plant has created more than 1,000 workplaces. The production capacity of Shaft Technology exceeds 12,000 supply and exhaust plants and central air conditioning systems per year.

Mikhail Tymoshenko noted the high level of automation of production. More than 100 robots are already operating at the enterprises of the RusClimat technopark in Kirzhach, and their number is constantly increasing. Despite the active introduction of robotic systems, the company plans to create an additional 5 thousand jobs in Kirzhach by 2030.

The launch of the new plant is part of a large-scale development program for the RusClimat holding. In 2025, the company plans to open two more new plants as part of the industrial mortgage program. In addition, in 2024, the manufacturer launched the production of climate technology under the prestigious Aurus brand.

It is noted that the technopark "RusClimat IXEL" in Kirzhach, which began work in 2014, has become the largest center for the production of climate technology in Russia in a decade. On its territory there are 13 high-tech enterprises, which employ more than 4 thousand people.[1]
