2024: Creation of a joint venture

The Russian company Systeme Electric, a manufacturer of complex solutions in the field of electricity distribution and automation, announced on April 15, 2024 to TAdviser the creation of a joint venture with a technological partner - Chinese companies Delixi Group. The joint venture was named Shanghai Saideyi Electric Co. Ltd.

According to Alexei Kashaev, CEO of System Electric, Delixi Group has extensive experience in cooperation with world manufacturers. In China, the company is a leader in the production of equipment for final distribution and is one of the two largest manufacturers of low-voltage equipment. At the same time, this is one of the largest manufacturers of modular equipment in the world - the company produces about 2 million poles a day, said a top manager.

For a long time, Systam Electric has been actively cooperating with a subsidiary of Delixi Group in the field of R&D and equipment production of the Dekraft brand. In 2023, a separate production workshop under the Systeme Electric brand was created in China.

"Yesterday we announced the formation of a joint venture between Shanghai Saideyi Electric Co. Ltd. Through the transition to a new level of interaction, production capacities will be expanded, and overall R&D efforts will make it possible to offer the domestic market truly exceptional products created in accordance with its requirements. And, of course, thanks to this, we get a guarantee of the stability of equipment supplies and the possibility of developing a channel for working with Chinese EPC companies, "said Alexey Kashaev.

At the same time, as he stressed, System Electric has its own large-scale production resources: 60% of products are made in Russia, 40% are produced in China. So, the "System Electric" includes: the full-cycle plant "Potential," which implements all stages of design and production of electrical installation products; SEZEM, specializing in the production and import substitution of medium and low voltage electrical equipment; as well as the Mechanotronics Scientific and Technical Center, where the development, production and installation of relay protection and automation systems, automated power supply control and power metering systems, and software development are carried out.

In addition, the R&D Center was organized to implement the import substitution program and develop a new proposal. R&D works centrally for all enterprises of the System Electric group.
