2024: Reconstruction for 281 million rubles

On February 9, 2024, the Regional Procurement Organization Center of the Republic of Mordovia announced a tender for the reconstruction of the Zubovo-Polyansky special branch of the Shiringush boarding house for the elderly and disabled. The initial value of the contract is 281.25 million rubles.

The project provides for the reconstruction of existing residential buildings with the construction of two extensions. The total area of ​ ​ the facilities is approximately 7178 square meters. The capacity of the branch is 100 people. In addition to construction work, the contractor will have to cut down trees, organize communication networks, security and fire alarms and automation equipment. In addition, installation of electrical equipment and lighting fixtures, ventilation, water supply and sewage systems will be carried out.

The contractor must begin to fulfill its obligations from the date the parties sign the contract, and put the facility into operation by November 30, 2024. Funding by 98% will be carried out at the expense of the federal budget, and the remaining 2% will be provided by the authorities of the subject.

It is noted that the contract price includes the contractor's profit, tax fees and other mandatory payments and expenses related to the implementation of the contract, including the costs of organizing work, purchasing and installing the necessary equipment, as well as the costs of material resources, machines and mechanisms and paying salaries to workers. All materials and equipment used shall be new, not used and not restored. They must have passports, appropriate quality certificates, fire certificates, certificates of sanitary and epidemiological conclusion, technical passports and other documents certifying quality. A 5-year warranty period from the date of signing the certificate of acceptance of the work performed is established on the facility.^[1]
