2022: How is the digitalization of Mordovia

As part of the implementation of the digital transformation strategy of Mordovia in 2022, the republic joined the Gosweb project as a pilot region to develop a unified ecosystem of state and municipal information and service resources. 512 sites were created for local governments and educational organizations As of December 31, 2022, the websites of 124 local governments and 234 educational organizations were transferred to the official regime on the Gosweb platform.
In 2022, work was carried out to introduce additional jobs in the executive bodies of state power of Mordovia and local self-government bodies, as well as their subordinate institutions (rural administrative entities) in the interdepartmental system of electronic document management and automated workflow of the Republic of Mordovia (EDMS "Delo"). Additional jobs of the EDMS "Delo" were installed in 342 organizations.
As part of the development of the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction in 2022, author's and technical support of information systems included in the electronic government of the Republic of Mordovia was provided. Work was also carried out on the transition of electronic services of the interdepartmental electronic interaction system version 2.x (SMEV 2.x) to the types of information of the interdepartmental electronic interaction system version 3.x (SMEV 3.x).[1]
