2020: Millhouse Capital invested $550 million in construction of the business park to Skolkovo
On September 8, 2020 the Millhouse Capital investment company of Roman Abramovich announced investment of $550 million into construction of business quarter "Skolkovo the Park" in Mozhaisky district in the west of Moscow.

In the territory "Skolkovo the Park" six office buildings with a total area more than 210 thousand sq.m. will be located. Offices will surround 8 hectares of the landscape park with a pond, walking avenues and recreation areas.
The project will be implemented in three phases. Within the first phase two body with a leased area more than 28.7 thousand sq.m, trade gallery and the parking on 2,446 parking places will be entered. These objects are going to be put into operation at the end of 2021.
Within the second phase body No. No. 4 and 6, the planned term of their delivery — the fourth quarter 2022 will be implemented. The third phase – construction of body No. No. 3 and 5 with implementation term in October-December quarter 2023.
The British architectural bureau Scott Brownrigg — the British specialists from Linda Bird was engaged in landscaping in the concept of business center.
Construction of the business park began in 2013, however project implementation was postponed because of unstable by a situation in the Russian market of a commercial real estate, explained in Millhouse.
As notes TASS, "Skolkovo the Park" will appear near with the residential complex of a premium class of the same name in which construction Millhouse was also engaged. Besides, the company Abramovich owns and manages business centers "Krylatskie Holmy", "Four Winds", "Baltschug of the Loft" and "White Gardens". Besides, by September, 2020 Millhouse "New Holland" in St. Petersburg implements the project of a multifunction cultural complex on a basis.[1]
