2020: Millhouse Capital invests $550 million to build Skolkovo business park

Six office buildings with a total area of more than 210 thousand square meters will be located on the territory of Skolkovo Park. Offices will be surrounded by 8 hectares of landscape park with a pond, walking alleys and recreation areas.
The project will be implemented in three phases. As part of the first phase, two buildings with a rental area of more than 28.7 thousand square meters, a shopping gallery and parking for 2,446 cars will be introduced. These facilities are planned to be commissioned at the end of 2021.
As part of the second phase, buildings No. 4 and 6 will be implemented, the planned deadline for their delivery is the fourth quarter of 2022. The third phase is the construction of buildings No. 3 and 5 with a implementation date in October-December in the quarter of 2023.
The concept of the business center was carried out by the British architectural bureau Scott Brownrigg, landscape design - by British specialists from Linda Bird.
The construction of the business park began back in 2013, but the project was postponed due to the unstable situation in the Russian commercial real estate market, Millhouse explained.
As noted by TASS, Skolkovo Park will appear next to the premium residential complex of the same name, the construction of which was also carried out by Millhouse. In addition, Abramovich owns and operates the Krylatskie Hills, Four Winds, Balchug Plaza and White Gardens business centers. In addition, by September 2020, Millhouse is implementing a project of a multifunctional cultural complex based on New Holland in St. Petersburg.[1]
