2017: The Naumen company and the German integrator SoftBCom Berlin GmbH signed the partnership agreement in the field of creation of contact centers

The product portfolio of SoftBCom is built counting on needs of different target groups. Naumen Contact Center was included in it as a full-function product for creation big (to 5000 operators) contact centers in an enterprise segment.

After conclusion of an agreement about partnership specialists of SoftBCom Berlin GmbH were trained and passed certification examinations in work with the Naumen Contact Center system. By this moment partners carried out the first independent installation of Naumen Contact Center and made localization of user interfaces of a system into German.

SoftBCom consistently builds up the relationship with local professional community, is a member of two organizations: German professional association of call centers and Callcenter Verband and Deutscher Dialogmarketing Verband solution providers. Besides, the partner holds regularly specialized webinars on Naumen Contact Center for the German audience. That big German customers could be convinced of functionality and operability of the Russian platform, specialists of SoftBCom deploy demonstration stands (Proof Of Concept) on their request.
