Corporate conflict
In mid-November 2025, it became known that Vladimir Andreychuk, co-founder and former shareholder of the Helix laboratory service, intends to claim a 6.5% stake in Helix Nord-West LLC through the court. The corresponding application was sent to the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
According to Andreychuk, since 2006 he owned a 6.5 percent stake in Helix Nord-West LLC, which develops a laboratory network. He estimates this asset at least 100 million rubles. In 2025, Andreychuk decided to cash out his stake in the company and made a request to the inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 15 in St. Petersburg. However, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities showed that his share in Helix Nord-West LLC had disappeared.
According to RBC, the owners of Helix Nord-West LLC are Andreychuk's son, Yuri and Daria Goryakina, who own 50 percent shares in this company. They are involved in the case as third parties. In the lawsuit, Vladimir Andreychuk insists that his share was in illegal possession. However, the company itself does not agree with the claims.
| The transaction was carried out back in 2013 in accordance with the procedure established by law, and the relevant changes were registered with the Unified State Register of Legal Entities by the tax inspectorate. All transactions carried out by the company and members of the company were made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, - said in a statement by the press service of Helix Nord-West LLC. |
Vladimir Andreychuk also states that it was he who presented his son with the idea of creating and developing a laboratory service. Moreover, Yuri Andreychuk himself in an interview with Forbes confirmed that his father helped him create a business. Andreychuk Sr. sent inquiries to the management of Helix Nord-West LLC with a request to provide him with constituent documents and clarify the situation, but there was no response. Attempts to contact the son directly and through a lawyer were also unsuccessful.[1]
