2022: Sale of Russian business

As it became known on June 22, 2022, the Finnish hotel chain Sokos sold the Russian business to the owners of the Awara IT group (engaged in consulting in the field of information technology and digital projects for retail, the hotel industry, the industrial and financial sector) Alexander Ermakov and Yuri Shumakov. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
