2025: Neopharm pharmacy chain bought Solar Health

The pharmacy chain Neopharmaceutical"" completed the acquisition of Nizhny Novgorod companies LLC "Solnechnoye Health" and LLC "Pharmacy Network" Be Healthy, "becoming their beneficiary from May 6, 2025. As a result of this transaction, the Neopharm chain has expanded its presence in the pharmaceutical market Nizhny Novgorod, adding 40 pharmacy outlets to its structure.

Before the transaction, the owner of both Nizhny Novgorod companies was Svetlana Iordanova, who had controlled Solnechnoye Health LLC since its inception in 2020 and Pharmacy Chain Be Healthy LLC since 2010. Information about the change of ownership is reflected in the SPARK-Interfax system.

As of January 1, 2025, there were 54 points under the control of Solar Health. At the same time, Neopharm is on the seventh line of the same rating with an annual revenue of ₽91,388 billion and a network of 1518 pharmacies in various regions of Russia.

The ownership structure of Neopharm underwent changes in July 2022, when 99.99% of Neopharm LLC, which manages the Neopharm and Stolichki pharmacy chains, was transferred to the closed mutual investment fund (ZPIF) Zdravinvest. The remaining 0.01% share still belongs to Lydia Nifantieva, the mother of Yevgeny Nifantiev, who previously served as general director of Neopharm pharmacy chains.

Oleg Ivanushkin holds the position of General Director of Neopharm. The previous head Yevgeny Nifantyev in 2021 was elected to the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the VIII convocation, in connection with which he left the operational management of the company.^[1]
