History

2022: Training of future officials in SED "Delo"

The South Russian Institute of Management teaches future officials to work in the SED DELO of EOS, as the latter reported on March 21, 2022.

With the assistance of the Electronic Office Systems company, the institute conducts classes on the development of the DELO electronic document management system for students of the specialties "State and Municipal Administration," "Economics" and "Management."

Since the fall of 2021, EOS has provided the South Russian branch of RANEPA with access to the demo stand SED DELO. The transition to distance learning in connection with the pandemic did not interfere with the process: students got the opportunity to study the system, connecting remotely. EOS has a special program to support domestic education "Electronic document management - from the student bench." Within its framework, educational organizations can receive software developed by EOS for use in the educational process.

Operation in "DELO" SED system is organized in two ways: in local and network modes. The first method involves installing a local base at each student's workplace - this is necessary to work out the skills of configuring the system. The second method involves working with the "DELO" SED system in network mode. Students work in the system under a specific user name. In the process of work, skills are developed to solve situational problems that correspond to professional competencies.

I would like to note that in the conditions of a pandemic and transition to a remote format of work, with the help of our partners, we not only did not lose as classes, but in practice worked out all the advantages of switching to digital technologies of electronic interaction, students received real experience in updated versions of the SED "DELO," - Noted Ph.D., Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Information Technologies, YURIU RANEPA Marina Perova.

2014: South Russian Institute of Management

In 2014, the South Russian Institute was renamed the South Russian Institute of Management of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (YURIU RANEPA).

2010: Accession to the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation

On September 20, 2010, the North Caucasus Academy of Public Service (SCAGS), as a separate structural unit, joins the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service under the President of the Russian Federation, as the South Russian Institute.
