History

2024: Completion of Engine and Generator Plant

In Moscow, the construction of a plant for the production of energy-efficient engines and generators was completed, for the implementation of which more than ₽600 million were allocated. According to the Deputy Mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov, the facility was commissioned by the end of August 2024 and is located on the territory of the special economic zone "Technopolice Moscow" in the "Alabushevo" area.

The investor of the project was Sovelmash, which specializes in the development and production of asynchronous motors and generators. The plant will perform a full cycle of work - from design to production - and will become an important link in the technological chain of Russian manufacturers in the fields of housing and communal services, transport, power and extractive industry.
