2020: Raytskan was purchased 50% by Starrus

On February 19, 2020 STARRUS reported that 50% of its stocks of a priobryol of Raytskan Group. It was announced by the CEO Dmitry Taburov.

Raytskan is an equipment supplier in Russia and the CIS countries for, automatic identification of data (Auto ID), smart-POS solutions for mobile trade, the systems of printing and shaped coding, system integrator, software developer and producer of the cash settlement terminal "MKASSA-F".

Other 50% of STARRUS Group belong to the founder of the company Nicanor Staricov. Transaction amount between the companies does not reveal.

The company told that do not plan any changes for clients and partners of the companies. All staff of STARRUS will continue work in the company, at the same time the board of the company will include managers of Raytskan.

According to the founder of the company Nicanor Staricov, STARRUS is profitable, however he did not open financial performance of the company.

2017: Entry of Check Online service into the Russian market

In 2017 the ONLINE CHECK project entered the market of Russia where attracted $1.5 million from KAMPEY Group.
